@tomasbermudezt began his culinary journey in Durango, Mexico where he took on various kitchen roles before he fell under the mentorship of renowned Spanish chef, Martín Berasategui, a culinary legend with 12 Michelin stars. From there, he mastered the intricacies of embers, barbecues and open flames.
In 2012, Chef Tomás introduced
