In an emotional moment over here, “The Twilight Glow”, my album, has found a home with @neuemeistermusic ✍️ Starting the year with an album deal!! First single, title-track “The Twilight Glow”, arrives February 23 Some know this classical album from my saga across the American Southwest over many years. I tried to capture the beating heart of the communities and landscapes I love deeply across this country. Everything was written on location. Produced, composed, orchestrated, and conducted by me (and piano) 50+ people have been a part of this from start until now: the orchestra, audio engineers, studios, cinematographers, technicians, designers, the label team, and so many more. A village. I’m grateful for everyone who has helped make my life a little easier, from park rangers and locals to my family and talented music friends. Thank you. What a nice start to the year. Encapsulating the isolation, beauty, and pull of the region as it brings loss, love, and change through its kaleidoscope of landscape and light. Every piece composed on location. See you in 2 days with The Twilight Glow 🏜️⛰️🌊 Album Friday 6.28 It’s wild and exciting putting this out there. I think I made something that inhabits its own world in its own corner — it embodies how I felt in these strange, beautiful, ancient landscapes along my writing travels. Thanking the people and communities of the west and southwest who helped me out here, recommended little things, rangers who answered my questions, and to the strangers I came across in passing who shared about their lives, music, favorite landscapes, or told me a huge-miss joke in an elevator. What do I know but looking back the production felt pre-internet, 70s roadtrip (?) in spirit and I’m glad it went that way. 🛟 Pre-save in bio 🛟 Thanks for following and listening to my music these last few months. @neuemeistermusic @annaazarov
