Our first single, Merge Forms is out now! 🎊 We are so thrilled to be on the debut @opiacommunity compilation and among such good company. We wrote this track in response to a prompt centred around the theme of ‘belonging’. The lyrics were inspired by a moving conversation Sally heard on the radio last October between two parents caught up in war. “𝐼’𝓁𝓁 𝒷𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓈𝒽𝒾𝑒𝓁𝒹, 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑜 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓃𝑜𝒾𝓈𝑒. 𝒫𝑒𝑜𝓅𝓁𝑒, 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝓉𝑜𝓎𝓈” A big thanks to the OPIA team and community, and of course to @olafurarnalds for setting this whole thing in motion. What a way to get started. 💥 Insanely exciting news 💥 Our first single titled ‘Merge Forms’ will be released as part of the @opiacommunity ‘s debut album compilation ; OPIA Community 001 . We are so delighted to be included amongst thirteen other beautiful artists and the album will be digitally released on May 16th. 🎉 The biggest thank you to Hildur, Arni and the whole team at OPIA for including our song - which we made especially for the album. It’s such a wonderful community to be a part of. The album artwork was created by Jonathan Newton and especially made for this release. He used the songs as inspiration to come up with the cover. Each bird shown here portrays an artist on the album. ✨ (Still yet to find out which one we are… any guesses?)
