Stretch 1st!
1. Super set: 3 times through
Step ups 10 rep each leg
Walking Lunges 10 reps each leg.
2. Super Set: 4 time through
Kettlebell Goblet squats 20 reps
Kettlebell Side lunges 20 reps (10 each leg)
3. 7-7-7 Drop set: 2 times through
Hamstring curls
7 reps, drop weight. 7 reps, drop weight. 7 reps finish.
Rest and repeat
4. Quad extensions 2 second holds: 2 sets
Interior rotation 10 reps 2 sec hold at top each rep
Exterior rotation 10 reps 2 sec hold at top each rep
Regular 10 reps 2 sec hold at top each rep
5 optional:
Quad extension heavy 10 reps hold as long as you can on rep 10!
