Life before was shattered into a millions pieces then until I met you, it was shattered into a million more. We saw those pieces and we started to glue our pieces together and form something special that we envisioned for so long now. CONTROLLED AGGRESSION Some points of your training you will hit a point of plateau, whether its the anxiety in approaching new territory, perhaps an old injury that you just recovered from or in this case, not being able to switch on that aggression due to the comfortability of progression that you forget to “switch on”. You’ll need to reassess and reflect upon the endless fails you have experienced and that in itself should frustrate you. Bottle that aggression and remind yourself constantly before your set not to make that same mistake again. All it takes a good ol “push your heart out” to get yourself back into the groove. Pushed past my 5 rep plateau of 7 reps on my last set of Moderate DUP Quad day and 11 reps on my first (stuck on 9 reps) after 5 weeks of rut. Life’s good. Humbling experiences creates great athletes. Rip & Tear until it’s done ⚔️ #bodybuilding

Tranquility, Solitude, Intensity. 3 words that comes to mind for the past 10 years when I step foot in the gym. The sense of peace the minute you walk in knowing that any life problems or adversities you are dealing becomes forgotten in the moment, the time you spend alone while taking in the experience to rip and tear without distraction, the level of havoc you will let out to go beyond limits that you once had. It becomes a symphony of peace & violence to build character, to slowly chip away the board to create the artwork you have envisioned and realise the potential that has been brought to you. Just another day of reflection on the journal for today. Rip & Tear until it is done ⚔️ #bodybuilding

March dump…because it’s April Training, foods, posing and a new son name Louie has joined the chat (Pomerania x Shih Tzu). Life’s chill yet chaotic with work & working on new endeavours, just another day in the office. Onto the next month ✌🏻 . . . . . Probably need to start making some free time for once because work is 24/7 at this point and the gym is the only me time get i get 😅

Anxiety - (pronouned ang·zai·uh·tee) a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. The #1 dream killer because all connects to self-doubt, second guessing, disregard, carelessness, lack of heart/drive, panic, doom….the list goes on. Something I struggle handling at times. Social anxiety? Being scared that you’ll be judged because you are different from the crowd? Business anxiety? Being fearful if your business will fail and won’t breakeven or make bank? Your own future anxiety? Not knowing if you will ever have a shot at achieving your lifelong dreams and see that everyone is ahead of you? BUT there is another definition for anxiety - strong desire or concern to do something or for something to happen. This is the very definition helped me dictate on the actions made to push the array of negative connotations in life itself. Social anxiety? Screw those who judge based on your AUTHENTIC self, better to be hated for who you are than who you are not. Business anxiety? Keep your self accountable on top of your business plans and don’t be so negligent on the work required to do so. Your own future anxiety? The fear will always be there but the work, the sacrifices, the grit, suffering & the repetition will dictate your future through the storm. Envision where you want to be and just do the fucking work. We all have a different cadence and have different timelines to make it there. I’m no poet, just something I’ve been thinking about in recent times of reflection during my younger days VS now, hopefully you can relate to it take a small piece out of it.
