INDY PRO CHAMP 🏆👑 incredible experience at @ifbb_npc_indianabodybuilding today! Thank you ALL so much for the support - the fact this is my job is such a blessing and I am so grateful to be able to share my passion with all of you!! A lot of people questioned why I chose to compete after winning @npc_bodybe1_classic in Alabama but I wanted to challenge myself against new levels of competition, meet new people, create new experiences, and it’s important to remember that this is my career! I am a professional bodybuilder who gets paid to compete - it’s more than just the Olympia even though that’s the pinnacle to reach. I’m so proud of the package brought to the stage this weekend as this was BY FAR my best ever - the best peak I’ve ever had and easily the smoothest. No thinking and no stress - just presence. In His presence the answers are there - I am guided as long as I am present and being able to remain in the moment this weekend was the biggest difference from any other show I’ve had. All I did was take it moment by moment and fully immersed myself in this experience. “Like Jordan 96, 97” 😎 👑 tomorrow we head to Orlando as we try to get the 3peat sweep for the US tour - last minute Tyler once again 😅 Special shout-out to @_jamie_sterling_ for the BEST show I’ve ever done - by far. Itching to get started on my Olympia prep knowing I’ll be handling it myself. Got 3 more days to handle business then it’s back to work on the next - big moves. To get to where you’ve never been you’ve got to do what you’ve never done. BTS from Indy Pro - not only had an incredible experience as an athlete but the people and the energy made it that much more special. What I’ve enjoyed so much about competing through the years are the people I’ve gotten the opportunity to meet from all walks of life and all over the world. The calm before the storm. T-minus 1 hour to stage. Cool calm and collected - present. I knew I was peaked and I’ve put no pressure on myself through this trip - this is my job and what I love to do so my only focus when I’m at a show is to have the best time I can and pose the best I can while bringing the best energy I can. 2 days out from @ifbb_npc_indianabodybuilding right off the plane here. Been doing a lot of long travel days with this tour, lots of late nights and early mornings - it’s definitely been testing me and I’ve been loving it! I wanted to use this as an opportunity to challenge myself rather than stay in my comfort zone - embracing discomfort but I feel like I’ve been thriving under pressure. Not every prep is going to be under ideal circumstances and it’s important to be able to handle the ups and downs with poise and patience - like a professional. This has been such an eye opening experience that I’m so grateful I took the leap in doing - I’ve met so many great people and I’ve made incredible memories that’ll last a life time. I wasn’t very happy with the overall package that was brought to Alabama despite the win - I don’t compete for “good enough” I compete to be my best and to continue pushing my own limits.
