I am fostering the human/animal bond and we are truly 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.
Did you know therapy dogs reduce stress and anxiety by 69%.
They also help with PTSD, mental/physical disabilities, drug rehabs, hospice and much more.
The joy and companionship of therapy dogs is unmeasurable. 🐶

New Mexico State flag has a sacred red sun symbol of the Zia tribe on a field of gold. It was officially adopted in March 15, 1925 to highlight the state’s Indigenous and Hispanic heritage: It’s a combination of the symbol of Puebloan people, who have ancient roots in the state, with the colors of the flag of Spain, to symbolize the Spanish empire, which had established and ruled over “Nuevo México” for over two and a half centuries.

Today’s USOA Mrs New Mexico appearance was at a memory care facility called Avista Senior Care in Albuquerque.
In my mother’s honor, I started my program 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 4 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙨 where I am bringing the unconditional love of therapy dogs into the senior community. I am fostering the human/animal bond and we are truly 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. ♥️
My partner and 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 of choice is the national organization 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 𝘿𝙤𝙜𝙨. This is where Linus and I were certified and insured.

▪️Proper Mindset is everything. Prepare to feel the pressure and use it to your advantage.
▪️Hollywood tape vs butt glue. That’s personal.
▪️Pop up clothing rack for wardrobe at home and hotel- gives you organization and takes the stress away.
▪️Boob pads that stick and can be pinched in. Can be used under most outfits.
▪️Footpads for heels- less sliding forward.
▪️ Have FUN! The personal growth to the crown is unmeasurable.

𝘿𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙈 𝘽𝙄𝙂 was born out of my infertility journey and by being a mentor and a teacher to children, it has filled my heart and soul.
This program has reached over 750 New Mexican K-12 students to help them focus on achieving education, personal and athletic goals.
