[#invited ] 𝐕𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 & 𝐁𝐚𝐫 located in📍𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬, 𝐂𝐀 provides top of the line service, atmosphere and of course, cuisines @vagarestaurant ⭐️ We absolutely loved the ambience overlooking the beach while enjoying our meal, especially our appetizer: the 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗿-- which was the highlight of our dining experience! 🍽️ For our entree we chose the 𝗞𝗼𝗷𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 that came with roasted shishito peppers and a peanut mole-- a perfect combination of taste! Our other entree was a 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗥𝗶𝗯 that was very tender and delicious! We also went ahead to pair our entrees with a side, the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼! 🍹 From the bar we enjoyed their 𝗞𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 and their 𝗩𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇 We want to thank @vagarestaurant for having us and going above and beyond in their service! Oceanfront fine dining 🌊 🐟 Tuna tataki 🌱 Salt-baked beets 🎣 Alaskan halibut 🐠 Maine sea scallops Vaga Restaurant & Bar @vagarestaurant at Alila Marea Beach Resort @alilamareabeachresort has incredible ocean views and is just perfect for catching a great sunset.   There is so much attention to detail in every dish: the tuna tataki has pickled and raw radish with a serrano ponzu, and a hearth-fired sweet potato side dish that is absolutely delicious.    The focus is on locally produced produce, and pairing items that are not only beautifully plated but have amazing flavor – like the Alaskan halibut with nixta veloute, chili crunch, beluga lentils, and wild mushrooms.   Even if you don’t like beets, I’d tell you to order their salt-baked beets which will make you change your mind about them.    Their drink menu includes seasonal cocktails and a curated wine list.
