Na Trnjanskom se nasipu otvara jedino Ministarstvo koje ova država treba! Ministarstvo Psihodelije stari je program Močvare kojeg su inicijalno osnovali Ilko Čulić, Benjamin Perasović, Nikša Dubreta i Goran Goldberger. Projekt su 2006-te aktivirali pripadnici zagrebačke underground scene Pila, Rale i Val. Tih je godina, osim organizacije plesnih večeri, ekipa Ministarstva uređivala “Kobajagi emisiju o trance kulturi” koja se emitirala na valovima Radija 101. Nakon sedam godina uspješnog rada, Ministarstvo je 2013. godine zatvorilo svoja vrata. Više od desetljeća tišine Ministarstvo Psihodelije je odlučilo prekinuti organizacijom večeri posvećenoj psihodeličnoj trance glazbi. Tim su nam povodom Ministri poslali šturi dopis. “Godinama smo na svaki party (i prosvjed) koji smo organizirali, sa sobom nosili tablu na kojoj je bijelim slovima na crvenoj podlozi pisalo SVE ZA ZABAVU. Izražavamo zabrinutost da su neki taj natpis mogli tumačiti na krajnje krivi i hedonistički način. Naša poruka je oduvijek bila ista SVE ZA PRIJATELJE.” Ovim putem pozivamo sve prijatelje koji su godinama plesali zajedno s nama, da nam se pridruže u subotu, 25.5.2024. u klubu Močvara.
