What is Shakti?
Shakti is a form of the innate Life Force; also know as Kundalini. It is the dynamic energy of all consciousness that dwells within each one of us.
It is something that we are all born with, however throughout life; due to society, constructs, beliefs, trauma, etc… it gets buried within. But it is not something that ever goes completely out. It can be activated again.
