It is going to be a very special one to say the least..🇨🇴🥹😭 why am i emotional over a trip?!
Well, it’s quite hard to put into words what these trips mean to me. Being in a collective, on a mission to explore and immerse and learn, with a group of beautiful strangers who end up becoming family, is an inexplicable experience.
The amount of times ive cried, laughed, screamed, loved, joyed, on these trips— i cannot count.

Guyyyyyys @casacontentaa just got our very first ice bath and we’re so damn GRATEFUL!!! Just in time for the hot summer days.
I tend to train my dance more during the summers. The heat pulls me outside and I just want to dance and sweat the days away under the sun. With all the exhaustion on my body though— this girls gonna need a lot of recovery and what better way to recover than with the a freaking ice bath!! And not just any ice bath.

Crazy how a simple quote can heal little parts of you💫
A couple of months ago I was having tea time with my girls expressing that I get so triggered when I lose followers. i know it’s something that happens to everyone on this app but i don’t read it like that sometimes- im never logical. Instead I take it as some personal offense, I self sabotage, and make myself believe there is something wrong with me. Like oh “people don’t like me anymore, I’m not as good, too much bad shit has been said about me, they liked it better when i was in that relationship, they liked my hair better like this, maybe i shouldn’t show my ass, was i more exciting years ago?!” blah blah blah my brain is ridiculous. The list goes on and on and on.
Of dark thoughts and made up narratives in my head.
I expressed this to my girls and @iam__brea so beautifully said the quote above^^ “you just gotta understand people are in your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime”
Idk what it was about those words. But they really struck me.
And it’s soooo fucking true: it can be applied to every human you’ve connected with in life.
That person that followed you in 2020 only needed your dancing vids to uplift them for a specific part of their life, being stuck at home in quarantine. And at one point they’re over it— you were a reason, but only for a season, and that’s totally fine!!
That relationship that meant so much to you was meant to teach you unconditional love and patience— a reason, but only for a season, and that is fine, as much as it hurts, you will be happy again.
Cant wait to see who makes it to a lifetime. I hope yall stay with me for that but if you don’t THAT IS OKAY. The same way I’m changing, i hope you’re changing, I hope what is inspiring you is changing too.

The music was on another level this year. So many incredible discoveries. Saw @fredagainagainagainagainagain for the first time live and healed a little part of my heart, fell in love with @maupmusic , fell even more in love with @diplo (as if i couldn’t be more in love than i already was), discovered @saralandrydj and couldn’t understand why it took me so long, cried happy tears at @zedd , and finished off the weekend with a very very very full circle moment at @deadmau5 .. hearing “Strobe” as we walked out and said our goodbyes to EDC.. ill tell you that story soon on my day 3 post😝
