You want to be able to do that exercise straight away, you see that person effortlessly doing what you want to be doing.
First you need to understand what it takes to get there. You need to put in the hard work over time. You need to start with the basics and the most regressed technique.
And when you do, you can only go up from there, you can only improve.
With consistency over time & putting in the effort will get you to where you want to be.
So do not quit, do the hard work, don’t be afraid to do the smaller regressed exercises, so that one day you can do what you set out to achieve.
