1 Year Ago Today Ever wanted to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time? During the beginning phases of fat loss especially as a beginner a lot of people go through a temporary phase known as the “noobie gains” which is a specific time window at the beginning of your fat loss journey where you actually lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. For me personally, I’ve had to take a different approach because after 9 years of training your body knows how to adapt and work with how you train and eat. On the left, I was weighing around 190-195 lbs, coming off of a 15-month bulk, and now weighing between 165-168 lbs Personally, I like taking my cuts pretty slowly although I could’ve achieved a similar physique at a faster rate. However one common mistake a lot of people fail to realize is the faster you lose fat and weight, the more likelihood you have of losing muscle mass as well, like doing TOO MUCH cardio or eating too little. To minimize this problem, you have to be able to strategically incorporate a high protein diet in a calorie deficit along with a variety of techniques to minimize this common mistake; First 5 to comment down below 🍌 I’ll personally work with you for free for the first 3 days 💯❣️
