WE’RE IN TARGET 😱🎯 Available in 711 Target stores nationwide!! We can’t even begin to describe what this means to us and all the hard work that was put in to get here. PYM was founded after we both lost loved ones to suicide. We found amino acids to be extremely supportive on our own mental health journeys, and wanted to make these simple yet effective amino acids more accessible to all! After years of research & development, economic ups and downs, a whole pandemic, having two kids, and plenty of other twists and turns, we couldn’t be more thrilled to see PYM up on the shelves at @target , where almost anyone can grab a tin of Mood Chews & Attention Chews when they need some stress relief or focus. 😌 Thank you to YOU ALL!! Without your support, we wouldn’t be here. Thanks for being joining our mission to break mental health stigma and make safe, natural, and effective mental wellness products more accessible to all. 💚 Dreams do come true! It felt surreal to have the opportunity to share my story and current mental health initiatives with organizations like @bringchangetomind , @everfi , my company @youcanpym , and @iaminseparable on a panel with my friend @justcathy331 and one of my heroes, @deepakchopra , this morning for the @lakenonaimpactforum . Chopra's perspective on combining neuroscience with spirituality opened my eyes. Leaving today's forum feeling motivated with a full heart.

It was an incredible joy to write the foreword for The Art of Being Broken: How Storytelling Saves Lives, by my dear friend @kevinhinesstory . From the moment we met at The Mall of The Americas in Minnesota, you inspired me and countless others with your advocacy and courage. Thank you and your wonderful other half @marghines for being such beacons of hope and encouragement during these challenging times!

If there's one business book I'd recommend this year, it's Connected to Goodness by my friend @davidmeltzer . In it, David emphasizes the ripple effect of positive energy and purposeful connection, two things that I'm working hard to develop in my daily habits and life. Highly recommend this read for anyone seeking direction, clarity, and meaning in their professional life.
