Дніпро. Знову терористичні удари росіян проти нашого міста. Станом на зараз відомо про п’ятьох загиблих. Мої співчуття рідним та близьким. Тридцять чотири людини постраждали, серед них дитина. Залучені всі необхідні підрозділи ДСНС, рятувальники допомагають усім, хто постраждав.
Цей російський терор можуть зупинити тільки дві речі – сучасні системи ППО та далекобійність нашої зброї. Світ може захистити життя, і для цього потрібна рішучість лідерів. Рішучість, яка може і мусить зробити знов нормою убезпечення від терору.

Dnipro. Russian terrorists have struck our city again. As of now, five people have been killed, and thirty-four injured, including a child. All necessary services are on site, and rescuers are helping all the victims.
Only two things can stop this Russian terror – modern air defense systems and the long-range capabilities of our weapons. The world can protect lives, and it requires the determination of leaders. Determination that can and must make protection from terror the norm again.

Thousands of enemy targets destroyed — missiles, aircraft, helicopters, and drones. Effective defense of our cities and communities day and night, under any circumstances. All of this is the admirable work of the Anti-Aircraft Missile Troops of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which saves our people’s lives and secures the infrastructure.
I thank them for their professionalism and precision, ensuring the necessary defense of our country. We are doing everything possible to provide them with even more tools to fight Russian terror.

Just now, the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service delivered a report. A clear range of issues – about the threats we face and the opportunities we can seize. There are some good prospects.
The Prime Minister reported on defensive measures for energy facilities: active defense, electronic warfare and everything else. He also reported on reconstruction and our work with European partners to expand electricity imports to Ukraine. We are now consuming the full volume of imports agreed with the EU, and I am grateful to all our neighbors for this assistance. We are doing our best to increase imports, and this should be a European decision. Our Government officials are working on the respective approval.
I have also instructed the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, who is currently visiting the United States, to seek specific dates: when the additional Patriot systems, the ones we have agreed with our partners, will be delivered.
I thank everyone who really works hard for Ukraine and Ukrainians! I thank everyone who believes in Ukraine, who brings the results Ukraine needs closer!

Глава уряду доповів щодо заходів захисту енергообʼєктів: активний захист, РЕБ і все інше. Доповів і щодо відбудови та нашої роботи з європейськими партнерами заради розширення імпорту електрики в Україну. Зараз ми повністю вибираємо обсяг імпорту, який погоджено з ЄС, і я вдячний усім сусідам за цю допомогу. Ми робимо все, щоб збільшити імпорт, і це має бути європейське рішення. Урядовці наші працюють над відповідною згодою.
Доручив також міністру оборони України, який зараз перебуває в Америці з візитом, отримати конкретні дати: коли будуть поставлені ті додаткові системи «Петріот», про які у нас домовленість із партнерами.

The content of our dialogue on all these topics today can form the basis for a new bilateral document between our countries, which will regulate all our relations, be based on a reciprocal approach to bilateral relations between Ukraine and Hungary, and allow our peoples to enjoy all the benefits of unity in Europe.

We discussed key frontline directions – including Pokrovsk and other areas in the Donetsk region, as well as the Kharkiv region. We also discussed some of our fundamental decisions – steps we are preparing to ensure the occupiers lose more of their logistics, more of their equipment, and more of their hopes to expand the war. For Russia, all this must end in defeat – and only then will the very idea of a war against Ukraine be defeated. We are doing everything for this with both weapons and diplomacy. These processes are proceeding hand in hand.
And I thank everyone who shows enough resilience, enough resolve, and enough personal activity – including by keeping the world mobilized in our support. Despite everything. Despite any political waves and changes in sentiment. We unite everyone in the world by striving for justice – and only that – for ourselves, and therefore for any nation that may similarly suffer from external aggression.

Для Росії все це повинно закінчитися програшем, і тільки так програє сама ідея війни проти України. Ми робимо все для цього і зброєю, і дипломатією. Відповідні процеси йдуть пліч-о-пліч.
І я дякую всім, хто проявляє достатню стійкість, достатню рішучість, достатню власну активність, у тому числі зберігаючи мобілізацію світу на нашу підтримку. Попри все. This war shows that technology on the battlefield is an effective defense against aggression in the modern world. Each month, more companies and developers introduce new solutions to effectively counter the enemy.
Ukraine is ramping up the production of drones, certain types of weapons, ammunition, equipment, demining machines, and many other essential items—everything needed on the front lines to save lives of our people through the power of technology.
I am grateful to everyone contributing to this Ukrainian strength.

Today in Kharkiv, another strike by a Russian guided bomb hit a postal terminal, an ordinary civilian facility. As of now, there are reports of ten injured. All are being provided with the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, one person died. My condolences to all their loved ones.
These bombs are one of the key elements of Putin’s ability to wage war. The sooner the world helps us deal with the Russian combat aircraft launching these bombs, the sooner we can strike – justifiably strike – at Russian military infrastructure, military airfields, the closer we will be to peace. Real peace.
The world has enough power to force Russia into peace. And in particular, defending the Kharkiv region from the Russian offensive, we have proven that the determination of our partners truly helps. Strikes on the Russian border areas helped protect lives. So will further decisions – the bold decisions that must be made, that we need and that we are discussing with our partners. In the coming weeks, we will continue our communication to achieve the necessary decisions.
Сьогодні в Харкові – ще одне влучання російської керованої авіабомби. Був уражений поштовий термінал – звичайний цивільний об’єкт. Станом на зараз відомо про десятьох поранених. Усім надається необхідна допомога. Одна людина, на жаль, загинула. Мої співчуття всім рідним.
Ці їхні бомби – одна з ключових основ путінської здатності воювати. Чим швидше світ допоможе нам розібратись із російською бойовою авіацією, що запускає ці бомби, чим швидше ми зможемо завдати ударів – цілком справедливих, до речі – по російській військовій інфраструктурі, по військових аеродромах, тим ближче буде мир. Справжній мир.
Світ має достатню силу, щоб примусити Росію до миру. І зокрема в захисті Харківської області від російського наступу ми довели, що рішучість партнерів дійсно допомагає. Удари по російському прикордонню допомогли захистити життя. Так само допоможуть і подальші рішення – сміливі рішення, які повинні бути, яких ми потребуємо і про які говоримо постійно з нашими партнерами. Найближчими тижнями ми продовжимо комунікацію, щоб отримати необхідні рішення.
