𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 - 𝟔/𝟑𝟎/𝟐𝟒
Tried some new things and hit some new highs!
𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: LEG DAY! Also the first workout since getting back from San Diego and it felt good.
𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: first time doing fast 8-4-2’s using my @runna app.
𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: arm day that absolutely destroyed me. My shoulder is still killing me which has made upper body a bit tough
𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: hit the pool to swim laps for the first time since I was a kid on the swim team 🏊🏻♀️
𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲: full body workout via @madeline_moves
𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲: rest day 💤 and a delicious Lebanese feast cooked by my MIL
𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: long run - hit 6.3 miles which I realized is also a 10k 😱
𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
- dirty martinis 🍸 with @elmski01
- Grilled cheese with ham and gruyere at @lindeysrestaurant
- Bedtime routines while my eldest read books to my baby 📚
𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐞: 11.5 miles
