Say Hello to Stacey!
A renowned music industry expert with 30+ years of experience, has co-founded AYO Music Publishing and consults for DMG Clearances. She lectures on music rights in AI and NFTs, contributes to codifying these principles in the US and Europe, and serves as CLO of SyncLodge Ltd.
Stacey also designed and teaches a music business module at Water Bear’s master's program, she’s an author of several books, she also co-presents a podcast, hosts a YouTube channel, and co-hosts a TV talk show.
Notable highlights include a Client’s music on The Simpsons and a Christmas card from David Bowie 🎶🕺🏼

Jenessa Williams (she/her) is a music journalist and media academic. Interested in the study of fan culture, feminist activism and issues of inclusivity within the music industry, her work has been published by the likes of NME, The Guardian, The Forty-Five and the academic journal, Popular Music & Society.

At Come Play With Me, we’re certainly not short on queer representation! Say hello to our LGBTQIA+ identifying team members across the organisation and learn some things about us!
Making sure LGBTQIA+ voices are heard in music and beyond is something that’s integral - to enable a platform for the queer community to share perspectives, create communities and safe spaces within music allows people to feel seen, heard and understood through music!
And this is equally important within the music industry too - making sure that Queer people are involved in the decision making conversations, ensuring LGBTQIA+ communities are not treated as an afterthought, but at the forefront of creating a safe and equal playing field in music!

Pride month is such an important month and yearly event for the LGBTQIA+ community worldwide! 🌍
This is when we can get together and celebrate the progress made for Queer rights because of and since the Stonewall Protests in 1969!
It’s a month to celebrate queer love and also show appreciation to previous Queer generations who fought so hard to get us the right to! ❤️
