What’s your favorite thing to make for 4th of July? I was nostalgic for the flag cake my mom used to bake to celebrate the holiday and my sister’s birthday (it’s today! HBD Tin!), so I baked my favorite cream cheese pound cake into a half sheet pan, slathered on some whipped cream, and lined up tons of fresh berries. The Farmer’s Market was full of tomatoes that I couldn’t resist buying, so I turned them into the easiest Firecracker Caprese. The consensus amongst the foodies at Fox56 is that Chili Crisp is delicious on everything and it’s the perfect thing to spice up tomatoes and mozzarella. A woman has been injured in a Tuesday afternoon shooting that caused a portion of Winchester Road to close.
Lexington police said that it happened around 1:40 p.m. near Winchester and Liberty roads, and the shooter fled the scene before officers arrived.

According to the Department of Transportation, all lanes of I-75 have reopened after a four-hour closure due to an "armed suicidal suspect" in the area.

The search for Nathan Ginter continues in Harrison County. The U.S. Marshal clarified that reports of a foot chase on Friday circulating on social media did not involve Ginter.
However, Georgetown police said that multiple agencies responded to a reported sighting in the Morris Road and Finnel Pike areas. After an extensive search, authorities said they were unable to find a sign of Ginter or Pearson.
