I have really come a long way in fitness for someone my height and size. I always give my best in sports no matter what. Most times when I train, some people walk up to me and say ‘you really train hard for a woman ur size” keep it up etc.
I train because I love sports, I train because it makes me happy and also to keep the body in shape.👍🏾
Weight loss isn’t a big deal for me. I can go from 130kg to 120kg in weeks or so. But the problem is maintenance.
This has been a struggle for me honestly🤦🏾♀️
