Kashish celebrations …as it hits 15 years !What an achievement…Kudos to the passionate & indefatigable Sridhar Rangayan & Saagar Gupta.. 133 films from 46 countries! Whew!a packed house and a delightful opening night compered by our own very funny Lola Kutty & featuring the multi talented & brilliant Stand up Varun Grover , a wonderful fusion of Lavani & kathak helmed by the amazing Aditi Bhagwat & a great speech by the very articulate Harish Iyer!Cherry on the top..got to see my own short finally- ‘ The Lime Green Shirt ‘ (a UK production so not in competition sadly ) with my dynamic director & producer duo .. Kaushik Ray & Pooja Chauhan ..Only screened at BFI Flare in London so far ( where a second show was added cos the first was housefull very fast ! ) I’m hoping it comes to a platform here soon where all of you can catch it !It’s turned out quite lovely ! Forgot completely to put up the screening details here for the Kashish show!Go catch the other films.. they open your world !the festival is on till 19 May .. ️
