First race of the year for our new Qatari rider Mohammed Almutawa. Long way from where we really want to be but I can’t be more happy and proud of how he managed his first Spanish race in a completely new atmosphere, bike and track for him.
I couldn’t stop thinking during the weekend when I was in his same situation, the last 3 pictures it’s me in Cartagena also (2003), my first year with 17inches wheel bike in a big track, I barely used to touch the knee yet due to my height…

Difficult to describe in 20 pics all we’ve been through in just a few days. Full gas everywhere, we tried not to miss anything, some of that tours were organized in a last minute but looked like it was planned from long time ago.
Impossible to get a better partner in crime for this trip, thanks @jassimalthani90 for introduce me into this parallel world called Egypt. We learnt and laughed to the maximum level.
