Social Entrepreneurship Aiming to Improve Health In Kosovo statistics show that at least one person in each family has experienced or is currently experiencing conditions such as hemorrhoids, colitis, constipation, appendicitis, or colorectal cancer. Scientific studies from Stanford University have found that proper positioning can aid in the prevention and treatment of these conditions, a solution facilitated by stools in modern toilets.
“35 Shkallë” is the first Kosovo brand bringing this American solution to Kosovo. These stools are the result of extensive work, and now it is time to introduce "35 Shkallë" to the wider community, making it possible for people across Kosovo to join our initiative. The mission of 35 Shkallë is to create a healthier community by bringing our stools into the homes of our citizens and spreading the message about how to live healthier lives.”
🎶✨ Dreams and Reality: A Celebration of Roma Music and Poetry ✨🎶
Yesterday evening, from 8 PM to 10 PM, Barabar Centre was filled with the beautiful sounds of Roma music and poetry during the event "Dreams and Reality". This event is a part of the project “Urban Soundscape: Multicultural Rhythm of Kosovo”, financed by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo.
The event promoted multiculturalism and inter-ethnic dialogue through art and music, enriching Pristina’s artistic space with the unique sounds of minority communities, an integral part of the diversity of Kosovar society.
Guests enjoyed performances by the Roma octet "Kujtim Paçaku", guitarist Driton Berisha, and poet Edis Galushi.
We thank the foundation @spaces and the Center for Affirmative Social Actions - CASA for their partnership and contribution, making this beautiful evening possible.

🌟 Event Recap: "I NOW" Exhibition at Barabar Centre! 🌟
On June 12th, Barabar Centre hosted a significant event as part of the ongoing "I NOW" exhibition by the FILOART Movement groups, curated by Arta Agani. The event featured the screening of videos: "Manifest for the Near Future" by Globalodromia and "Dictatorship of Now" by D.N.K., both centered around the theme "AI: End of human history as we know it." Attendees and design students from "Akademia Evolucion" engaged in a discussion following the screenings, sharing insights and perspectives on the future of AI.

On Monday, 10 June, we hosted a thought-provoking debate on media cooperation in Kosovo, focusing on trust and collaboration between Albanian and Serbian newsrooms.
Key discussions included:
- Challenges in obtaining information and transparency from authorities
- The need for better communication and cooperation between media in Kosovo
- Personal experiences and solidarity among journalists from different communities
Speakers like Zorica Vorgučić (Editor at RTV Kim), Leart Hoxha (Editor at ATV), Tatjana Lazarević (Editor at KoSSev), Darko Dimitrijević (Editor at Radio Goraždevac), Xhemal Rexha (President of the Association of Journalists of Kosovo), Besnik Velija (Editor and Journalist at Gazeta Express), Ardita Zejnullahu (Director of AMPEK), and Miodrag Marinković (CASA) shared their insights and highlighted the importance of fostering trust and defending civic values.
