Navegando el Río Churun 🇻🇪 En el camino de regreso del Salto Ángel, se nos dañó un motor, lo que nos retrasó mucho y hizo que nos agarrara la noche. ¿Lo positivo? Nos tocó un atardecer INCREÍBLE navegando en el río. Inmediatamente volé el dron y capturé esta toma del Río Carrao, nuestra curiara y el Auyantepui al fondo. ¿Cuál es tu toma favorita? Dímelo en los comentarios 🫶🏽 ————- Cruising the Churun River 🇻🇪 On the way back from Salto Angel, an engine was damaged, which delayed us a lot and we had to navigate at night. The positive thing? We had an AMAZING sunset navigating the river. I immediately flew the drone and captured this take of the Carrao River, our curiara, and the Auyantepui in the background. What is your favorite shot? ¡Roraima! 🇻🇪 La toma soñada hecha realidad. Desde el momento en que supimos que íbamos a subir este mítico Tepui, había una toma que anhelaba más que cualquier otra, y esa era La Proa. Muchísimos factores hacen que este lugar sea particularmente dificil de capturar: las nubes, la distancia, el viento, entre otros. Pero después de recorrer 120 km con mucho esfuerzo y algo de suerte, ¡lo conseguimos! From the moment we knew that we were going to climb this mythical Tepui, there was a shot that I longed for more than any other, and that was La Proa. Many factors make this place particularly difficult to capture: clouds, distance, and wind, among others. But after traveling 120 km with a lot of effort and some luck, we got it! Atardecer en el Salto 🇻🇪 Mientras la gran mayoría buscan el amanecer en este mítico lugar, los atardeceres tienen su mágia también. Durante todo el año el Sol se oculta justo detrás del Auyantepui, dejando la pared del Salto en total sombra. Algo que no es conveniente para fotografiar la cascada. Pero en esta ocasión, la combinación de un retraso por un motor dañado, una breve lluvia que limpio el aire y un fuerte sol, crearon las condiciones perfectas para esta foto. Que prefieres tu, atardeceres o amaneceres? —— Sunset in the Salto 🇻🇪 While the vast majority are looking for dawn in this mythical place, sunsets have their magic as well. Throughout the year the Sun hides just behind the Auyantepui, leaving the wall of the Salto in total shade. Something that is not convenient to photograph the waterfall. But this time, the combination of a delay due to a damaged engine, a brief rain that cleaned the air and a strong sun, created the perfect conditions for this photo. La tabla de remo, los pájaros y una puesta de sol surreal 🇻🇪 Dato curioso: tuve que correr a lo largo de la costa durante unos 15 minutos para mantenerme en el ángulo perfecto con el paddle, que no tenía ni idea de que estaba siendo mi modelo perfecto 😅 ------ One of those moments when all the elements align perfectly. El Merideño 🇻🇪 Durante nuestra visita a Merida recorrimos el páramo y sus pueblos, en cada parada encontramos sonrisas y miradas que decian más de mil palabras. Esta fue una de mis favoritas. Sentado afuera de un local, este señor se relajaba con dos amigos después de un día de trabajo. Nos acercamos a preguntarles si podíamos hacerles una foto y con un poco de pena nos dijeron que si. This was one of my favorites. Sitting outside a place, this man was relaxing with two friends after a day of work. Sonrisa Caribeña 🇻🇪 De las sonrisas más bonitas que me han regalado. Durante nuestra visita a Rio Caribe, nos fuimos a la playa a capturar el atardecer y nos encontramos con este grupo de chamos que estaban jugando fútbol en la playa. Inmediatamente al ver las cámaras se acercaron y nos pidieron que les hiciéramos fotos. De todo el grupo, había uno que tenía una sonrisa especial, Julio. Entre risas y chalequeo de sus amigos, le saque una de mis fotos favoritas del viaje. Con cuál te quedas? 1, 2 o 3? ------ Caribbean Smile 🇻🇪 Of the most beautiful smiles I’ve been given. During our visit to Rio Caribe, we went to the beach to capture the sunset and we met this group of boys who were playing soccer on the beach. Immediately when they saw the cameras, they approached us and asked us to take pictures of them. Of the whole group, there was one that had a special smile, Julio. Between laughter and the jokes of his friends, I took one of my favorite photos of the trip.
