It always has been, and always will be in God's timing.
We all start somewhere.
When I was a kid I was terrible at school and was always in trouble.
I thought playing football was the only way, so I chased a dream of becoming a professional athlete but when I suffered a career-ending injury, I was lost.
However, even at the time when I felt lost, I am glad that I put my trust in God to guide me to where ever he needs me to be.
On this path, I found my passion for fitness. I am honored to be helping many people to start their journey to become the most confident and healthiest version of themselves.
Then took a leap of faith to start a new journey that would allow me to help people differently, nursing.
Nursing school has been a journey full of trials and tribulations. But through it all, God blessed me with great friendship and support. I couldn’t have done it without them and my family.
I’m officially closing this chapter as a student and entering this next chapter as a registered nurse.
I hope that my story inspires anyone that is lost to put all of your faith in Jesus and he will always show you the way.
ALL GLORY TO GOD!

I have been taking @1stphorm Phormula-1 post-workout shake immediately after intense workouts for a while now, and it is the reason why I feel less sore and how I maintain my muscle while in a fat loss phase.
Also, as a nurse, this helps my body recover much better to endure some intense 12-hour shifts.
So if you always feel sore and feel like you’re not seeing the progress you should be seeing, THIS could be your missing piece.
Put “Gainz” in the comment section below, and I’ll DM you my favorite post-workout shake so you can start getting better results from the work you’re already doing.
