interelliptic.info ⋮ is a nomadic residency platform revolving around the interception of ten young artists and interdisciplinary practitioners working within an open, itinerant and process-based exhibition structure. The project, first taking place from 10.06. - 15.07. in the Southern Balkans at Galeria e Bregdetit (Vlora) and in collaboration with Foundation 17 (Prishtina), culminates from 22.10. - 17.11. at Lothringer 13 Halle (Munich), and is accompanied by lectures, screenings, concerts, cooking and listening sessions alongside the exhibitions. ⋮ is developed by Andrea Veselá and Martin Huber in exchange with Elian Stefa and Fabio Toska, Nita Zeqiri and Fitore Isufi Shukriu, Lisa Britzger, Rosa Luckow and Tesa Kabashi. The project is supported by Akademieverein München, BBK Bayern, Goethe Zentrum Tirana and Goethe Zentrum Prishtina. Thirrje për aplikim Styria-Artists-in-Residence 2025 @forumstadtpark Shtatëmbëdhjetë në bashkëpunim me qeverisjen lokale të Styrias me kënaqësi fton artistë/e dhe teoricienë/e nga Kosova që të aplikojnë për tu bërë pjesë e programit Styria-Artist-in-Residence për vitin 2025. Të drejtë aplikimi kanë artistët dhe teoricienët e artit që kërkojnë të krijojnë kontakte me artistë dhe skenën krijuese në Graz, Styria. Pagesa mujore për qëndrim do të jetë 1.100 euro dhe akomodimi i siguruar. Kujdesi dhe rrjetëzimi i artistit/es bëhet përmes iniciativave kulturore në Graz, të cilët ofrojnë edhe një hapësirë pune për artistin/en që do të përzgjidhet nga juria në Graz. Krahas kushteve të punës, kontakteve, artisti/ja pjesëmarrës do të bëjë një prezantim të punimeve të përzgjedhura dhe një bisedë artistike. Periudha e bursës varet nga shkalla e qëllimit artistik dhe vendimi i jurisë. Minimumi i qëndrimit është dy muaj. Data e fundit për aplikim është 15 gusht 2024. Artist talk & Presentation – INFRARED Jona Kabashi, Trina Hashani dhe Ana Vchkova janë tri përfitueset e Rezidencës INFRARED për vitin 2024. Për hulumtimin e saj me fotografi gjatë qëndrimit në rezidencë, Jona është fokusuar në portretizimin e peizazhit rural dhe urban aktual në Kosovë, duke identifikuar stilin e arkitekturës dominuese – të cilën ajo e përshkruan më së miri si “kitsch” – si bazën për të informuar mbi marrëdhënien e shoqërisë së Kosovës me mjedisin. Trina synon të theksojë rëndësinë e ruajtjes së një mjedisi të shëndetshëm përmes artit dhe kërkimit të saj. Ajo eksploron sesi hapësirat ndikojnë në identitetin dhe zbulimin, duke u përpjekur të ndërtojë komunitete me prejardhje të përbashkët, ndërsa shpreh historinë gojore të brezave të ndryshëm mes neglizhencës dhe shkatërrimit përmes artit pamor. Ana vë në pah marrëdhëniet kontradiktore midis qytetarit dhe qytetit. Derisa komunitetet i përshtaten planifikimit urban agresiv, qytetarët navigojnë vazhdimisht në rrugën e tyre nëpër labirintin e betonit. Përshtatjet kulturore sigurojnë qëndrueshmërinë dhe reziliencën e shoqërive përballë sfidave mjedisore. ---- Jona Kabashi, Trina Hashani and Ana Vchkova are the three beneficiaries of the INFRARED Residency for 2024. For her photographic research during her residency, Jona has focused on portraying the current rural and urban landscape in Kosovo, identifying the dominant architectural style – which she best describes as “kitsch” – as the basis to inform on the relationship of Kosovo society with the environment. Trina focuses the importance of preserving a healthy environment through her art and research. She explores how spaces influence identity and discovery, trying to build communities of common ancestry, while expressing the oral history of different generations amid neglect and destruction through visual art. Ana highlights the contradictory relationship between the citizen and the city. As communities adapt to aggressive urban planning, citizens constantly navigate their way through the concrete maze. Cultural adaptations ensure the stability and resilience of societies in the face of environmental challenges.

Artist Talk: Laureta Hajrullahu Laureta Hajrullahu, bursiste e programit Styria-Artist-in-Residence organizuar nga Forum Stadtpark, prezantoi përvojat e saj gjatë qëndrimit të saj në Graz. Gjatë prillit dhe majit 2024, Laureta kreu një hulumtim të thelluar mbi keqpërdorimin dhe shfrytëzimin e trupave të njeriut, veçanërisht atyre me tipare femërore, nëpër platforma të ndryshme mesazhesh. Ajo prezantoi punën dhe hulumtimin që ka realizuar gjatë kësaj periudhe, si dhe shfaqi veprat dhe ekspozitat e saj të fundit, duke ofruar njohuri mbi rrugëtimin e saj artistik dhe hulumtimet kritike në kulturën dixhitale. ---- Laureta Hajrullahu, a recent scholarship holder of the Styria Artist in Residence program hosted by Forum Stadtpark, presented the experiences during her residency in Graz. During April and May 2024, Laureta conducted in-depth research on the misuse and exploitation of human bodies, particularly those with feminine features, across various messaging platforms. She presented the work and research she pursued during this period, as well as showcased her recent works and exhibitions, offering insights into her artistic journey and critical investigations into contemporary digital culture.

Ana Vchkova – Rezidenca INFRARED Ana Vchkova (1998) është një artiste pamore e cila ka marrë diplomën Bachelor për pikturë me skenografi nga Fakulteti i Arteve të Bukura, Universiteti Ss. Kirili dhe Methodius në Shkup (UKIM). Fokusi i saj artistik është multimedial, duke punuar njëkohësisht në pikturë, fotografi dhe dizajn grafik. Kombinimi i teknikave të ndryshme është baza e eksperimenteve të saj artistike, qëllimi përfundimtar i të cilave është të përcjellë temën në mënyrë më autentike, duke krijuar një lidhje midis audiencës dhe veprës artistike. Ana Vchkova është pjesë e “Shoqatës së Artistëve të Maqedonisë” dhe ka marrë pjesë në disa ekspozita grupore, ndër to Manchester ArtFair (2021), Skala (2022), Salloni Dimëror etj. Diverus (2023) është ekspozita e saj e parë solo. ------- Ana Vchkova – INFRARED Residency Ana Vchkova(1998) is a visual artist who has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in painting with scenography from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje (UKIM). Her artistic focus is multimedia, working simultaneously in painting, photography and graphic design. The combination of different techniques is the base of her artistic experiments whose ultimate goal is to convey the subject matter more authentically, creating a connection between the audience and the artwork. Thirrje për pjesëmarrje në punëtori Terrariumet: Një Botë në Qelq 22.06.2024 11:00 – 16:00 Rezidenca 17 Gëzuare Belegu, entuziaste e natyrës dhe pronare a faqes "The Green Jar" do të mbajë një punëtori për adhuruesit e natyrës në Rezidenca 17. Përgjatë kësaj punëtorie ajo të ndajë me ju përvojën e saj të krijimit dhe dizajnimit të terrariumeve, një rrugëtim që filloi me idenë të sjellë një copë natyrë brenda shtëpisë. Duke eksperimentuar me bimë dhe dizajne të ndryshme, ajo zbuloi kombinimin perfekt të krijimtarisë dhe shkencës që ofrojnë terrariumet, ku në një hapësirë të vogël mund të krijojmë një ekosistem të tërë. Materialet që do të përdorim: Gjatë kësaj punëtorie, ne do të përdorim materiale të marra nga ambienti që na rrethon si dhe enë qelqi kryesisht të recikluara. Do të përdorim gurë të vegjël, dhe të pasur, rërë dekorative dhe, natyrisht, bimë lokale që i përshtaten klimës sonë. Duke përdorur këto materiale natyrore, ne jo vetëm që krijojmë terrariume të bukura, por gjithashtu kontribuojmë në qëndrueshmërinë mjedisore dhe lidhjen tonë me natyrën. Për të qenë pjesë e kësaj punëtorie regjistrohu në linkun në bio ---- Terrariums: A World in Glass Gëzuare Belegu, nature enthusiast and owner of the site "The Green Jar" will hold a workshop for nature lovers at Rezidenca 17. During this workshop she will share with her experience of creating and designing terrariums, a journey that began with the idea of bringing a piece of nature inside the house. By experimenting with different plants and designs, she discovered the perfect combination of creativity and science that terrariums offer, where in a small space we can create an entire ecosystem. Materials we will use: During this workshop, we will use materials taken from the environment around us as well as mostly recycled glassware. We will use small, rich stones, decorative sand and, of course, local plants that suit our climate. By using these natural materials, we not only create beautiful terrariums, but also contribute to environmental sustainability and our connection with nature. Ornela Alia – Rezidenca “Matanë” Ornela Alia ishte përfituese e programit të Rezidencës “Matanë” për vitin 2024, një bashkëpunim midis Shtatëmbëdhjetë në Prishtinë, Art House në Shkodër dhe Kontrapunkt në Shkup, dhe në partneritet me Komunën e Prishtinës. Krahas prezantimit të punëve që Ornela ka zhvilluar ndër vite, Ornela shpalosi detaje rreth qëndrimit të në Prishtinë, si dhe rreth një pune që po zhvillon aktualisht, e cila si ide është transformuar gjatë kohës së saj në rezidencë. Ajo punon kryesisht me video, sound, dhe tekst, por gjithashtu përdorë edhe metoda të tjera dixhitale si mjete plotësuese të punëve të saja. Qëllimi i saj është të inkorporoj kujtime dhe eksperienca nga fëmijëria me qasjet e të tanishme rreth botës, duke u fokusuar tek ëndrrat dhe një realitet qe ua ka dhënë një formë tjetër ose i ka ndryshuar rrënjësisht. -------- Ornela was a beneficiary of the “Matanë” Residency program for 2024, a collaboration between Shtatëmbëdhjetë in Prishtina, Art House in Shkodra and Kontrapunkt is Skopje, and in partnership with Municipality of Prishtina. In addition to the presentation of the works that Ornela has developed over the years, she will also talk about her stay in Pristina, as well as about a work that she is currently developing, which as an idea has been transformed during her time at the residence. She works mainly with video, sound, and text, but also uses other digital methods as complementary tools to her works.
