We did it!
1st in Novice
2nd in Open
It was so good to get back up there today and see all the hard work come together. I will not lie I was a little nervous but glad we’ve got the first show done and can make improvements for nationals and Spain.
Thank you coach for coming this weekend and all your incredible support. You have made this experience a special one and I look forward to more with you 🙏
Steak and chips time then back to it 👊

This nationals package is something I am very proud of 💜
Bringing an improved physique and performance to stage should always be the focus in competitive bodybuilding and I believe I achieved my best yesterday. With an incredible team behind me, I had the best National experience and I am so grateful for all who helped bring this together.
@traceykayemakeup for flying all the way from Perth to make us feel like bombshells on stage ✨❤️🔥
@67bikinis this stage mum is absolutely incredible and goes to the ends of the earth to make sure her clients have the best bikinis, shoes and jewellery on stage! 👠
@naedicicco for fine tuning my posing and bringing out my best stage presence. Thank you for the great chats and support during our sessions. You truly are such an inspiration and amazing person to have in this sport.
My husband @jarrodcavanagh you are my rock and the reason I have got this far in bodybuilding. Always pushing me to pursue my passion and helping me through every single day of this prep.
Lastly to my coach @richard_physiquecode I can’t thank you enough for how enjoyable you’ve made the past two years of bodybuilding for me! I wouldn’t be the bikini athlete I am today without your guidance and support 🤝
Every show is a new experience. I learn something each time I compete. It helps me to improve as a bodybuilding athlete and also knowledge to pass on to my clients!
Let’s talk amateur tips for stage👇
1. Keep your routine short and simple! You get very limited time as an amateur on stage, don’t waste it on unnecessary movements. If you are a first timer don’t over complicate your routine. When stage nerves set in, a lot of the time the posing can become difficult to execute under pressure and it will start to show weaknesses to the judges.
2. Take your time on the important parts of posing! This means hold your front and back pose for a good 3 seconds. On stage you tend to speed everything up so remember take your time on the mandatory poses that the judges actually want to see. Not so much booty pops, hair flicks and finishing off.
3. Move arms and hands smooth and slowly so they do not look distracting.
4. Be prepared to enter and exit your routine from the left or right! You should practise both options so you aren’t overwhelmed before going on stage.
5. Know your number well, especially if you are in another country that doesn’t always use English on stage. Learn it in their language too! due cinquanta 250! 🙋🏽♀️
Learning to pose is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. You can’t dump it all on the table in one go and expect it to come together correctly. Build it piece by piece, taking your time to create the pretty picture👌
Learn how to hold good posture and become aware of how your body moves
Learn the mandatory poses
Learn the transitions
Then add the flow and stage presence
Be patient and consistent with it, you can’t rush artwork ✨

Forever grateful for you!
Even on the hardest days you make me smile, pick me up and help me to keep going. Because of your support I can achieve things I never thought possible. Glad I get to do this adventure with you 🌍 ❤️ @jarrodcavanagh
Final show of the season! 5 back to back shows and an improved package every time 👊🥈
A great prep where my body stayed healthy and we were able to push for 5 months to compete in these shows. This couldn’t of been achieved without quality coaching and guidance from @richard_physiquecode 🙏
2nd place at the Flex Weekend show in Italy! 🇮🇹 Another awesome experience to add to this incredible trip in Europe.
So many amazing memories made and I couldn’t be more grateful to be able to travel the world doing a sport that I love.
That is me done now and definitely ready to enjoy all the foods of Italy 😋 🍕🍝🍦
The EMPRO Classic!
Very happy with the improvements we made between shows. We were able to receive feedback from the head judge and also made adjustments of our own. I feel this is my best physique I’ve brought to stage 👊
