Green & Healthy Maine Homes Magazine has let the cat out of the bag and put our local retail wood establishment on the map!
Early in our venture we were quite aware that "local wood" was a bit of a fringe movement. So instead we decided to sell high quality products at a reasonable price while providing world class customer service.
Our customers didn't need to know that what they were buying was good for them.
Since then we have expanded to sell garden products, native plants, saunas, garden beds, outdoor showers and more. Ever adapting and changing but always staying true to our primary goals of providing people with a local source for local wood, selling high quality products and offering great customer service while engaging with the local community.
And while business has been improving every year it never hurts to get a little press. As PT Barnum said..."There's no such thing as bad publicity". We've certainly had our fair share of this.
But I have to say that it feels really good to receive good publicity.
