A beautiful morning guiding a meditation and breathwork journey for @cosmoss 🌿 Immersed in the scent of Sacred Mist ✨️ 'I remember walking with Kate in her garden and seeing lots of Cosmos. They were dancing in the wind, slightly wild and unruly, yet delicate and gentle. I asked Kate if she had planted them - but the wildflowers had found her. That is where our journey for CosMoss started.' ✨️🌿

Twice the calm breathing. Lengthen your exhale to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, influencing the body's ability to relax & calm down. 🧘‍♂️ 🔹️When we feel anxious or under stress, it's easier to breathe too much, causing undue stress. This technique can be done in any position that's comfortable for you. 🔹️Inhale in for 4 seconds through your nose 🔹️Exhale for 8 seconds through pursed lips Repeat this breath cycle until you feel calm. 🧘‍♂️
