I’ve lost both my dad and my mum. 14 months apart. Mum lost her fight 6 months ago. I miss them more than I could imagine. I feared for many years what it would be like without them. Thankfully I spent lots of time with them and have great memories. I’m grateful for that and for the amazing stepdad I have left. So if your parents are still alive, make memories with them, take time to be with them and hug them.
