I am very excited to share a new project I have been passionately working on. I have designed a range of six non-physical compliment greeting cards. Rather than focusing solely on physical appearance let’s make a shift and celebrate someone’s strengths, skills and personal qualities. The blank cards allow you to handwrite a note that is authentic, intimate and reflective. Handwritten notes possess a charm that an email, text message or DM can’t replicate. And who doesn’t like to receive a letter in the mail. I worked with women for over 20 years as a Counsellor, specialising in addiction, mental health and trauma. In 2019, I made the transition into coaching.
