Thank you @manulife 🙏🏽 Yesterday, an amazing team from @manulife braved the heat and did some heavy lifting at Harmony CFC! They helped prepare our Community Meal, cooked up some delicious soup to be sold at our Good Food Market, distrubted flyers for our Good Food Market, and got their hands in the soil! They even helped us organize our pantry! The Harmony Garden Club is underway for the 2024 season! All are welcome to participate, no gardening experience necessary! We grow food, flowers, native pollinators, and more! We visit other farms, pick fruit trees, and we make jams and chutneys. The gardens are already looking beautiful! Our Community Kitchen program is a core part of what we do at Harmony CFC. Community members gather to socialize, learn about food traditions, prepare food, and of course...eat! Breakfast for Dinner! 🍠🍞🥬 Thanks to all the wonderful community members who joined us yesterday (on a very windy day!) for our monthly in-person meal! We served egg frittata, sweet potato hash, avocado, salad, toast, and an orange! @southriverdalechc

We're dreaming of Jalebi today! Earlier this month, we marked The Independence Day of Bangladesh and the start of Ramadan by making Jalebi! Yum.
