The H160 has landed in 🇨🇦
The first corporate Airbus ACH160 helicopter in North America was delivered last month.
Canadian private aviation services provider @chartrightair took delivery of the aircraft and will operate it for its owner and charter clients.
The ACH160 is equipped with @airbus_helicopters ’ Helionix suite, which provides safety and reduced pilot workload. It is powered by two of the latest Arrano engines from Safran Helicopter Engines, which offer an 18 percent reduction in fuel burn.

Firehawk to the rescue!
Contour Helicopters, based in Langley, B.C., recently announced the arrival of their C-FHWK helicopter.
Once a Black Hawk, this impressive aircraft has been retrofitted with a 4500L belly tank, enabling it to deliver three times more water than the average bucket helicopter. Additionally, its advanced night vision cockpit allows wildfire support even after dark.

Annual S.T.E.P. Training with @lasvegashelitack
S.T.E.P. (Single-Skid, Toe-In, and Hover Exit/Entry Procedures) is essential for quickly responding to wildland fires and evacuating injured or incapacitated firefighters.
These procedures are especially useful in challenging terrain where the helicopter cannot fully place its skid tubes. S.T.E.P. enables more efficient and effective personnel insertion in difficult landing zones.
