Shoulder pain? IFT & US Knee arthritis? IFT & US Sciatica? IFT & US 🙃Why is it always these two for every ache and pain ? Are they the golden ticket? like trying to fix a bullet hole with band aid.  ✅️PHYSIO treatments aren’t about slapping on the same old cookie cutter. It’s about customizing care, evidence-based practice, tailored to each person's specific NEEDS AND GOALS. 📜Many STUDIES have shown no extra benefits of adding Electrotherapy to exercise therapy & Resistance training for improved pain and Function!  💪We need to adapt and tailor therapies and exercise plan to progress to suit the individual. Because when it comes to our health, one size definitely doesn’t fit all! #Interferrentialtherapy #ultrasound #electrotherapy #physiotherapy #manualtherapy #exercisetherapy #rehabilitation #strength &conditioning #physio #recentadvances #cookiecuttertreatment references: 1. @sukhman_mann_ hi, if you read about biomechanics in the 4 articles mentioned you will be able to understand better. Please read, and don't tell me you read 4 articles already. I will answer your question after you have read all 4 articles from beginning to end. Your question doesn't make sense because controlled environment to cause pain doesn't exist in the real world. Let me know why you need to calculate isolated force on disc and not force on vertebrae, other bone, specific muscle, ligament or surrounding areas ? tell me what outcome measure you use to check the force on disc? I'm here for a scientific discussion, not discuss hypothetical anecdotal questions. Thank you
