Cool video 😁 it's true what @fitcookienutrition mentions about Kipchoge. He pretty much only has 'Kenya tea' before a run, and this is true for almost all Kenyan runners at the top level. Essentially tea with like 8 spoons of sugar, not exaggerating! 😅 If they do a longer/harder session, then sometimes 1 piece of bread along with the tea 😊 so yeah, not 'fasted' but not super 'well fueled' a lot of the time too!

"A few years ago?" Kipchoge broke sub-2 hours on 10/13/19. I remember because that was the same day my accident happened.
