My thoughts on the Boston Marathon 2024 buffer announcement ❤️ Yes, I do think this will result in a lowering of the qualifying standards for 2025. Watch for more and congrats to all who made it in! 💙💛

I should go & Google this but I'm here so....could someone please explain what a buffer is? So there's a qualifying time & then they apply a buffer? TIA
