📍住吉神社 Sumiyoshi Shrine ※The guidance is written in English after Japanese. 正面から朝日が昇り、栗田海水浴場の砂浜に一の鳥居・灯籠が建立され 神社入り口には二の鳥居が立ち、８０ｍ程西に延びる参道奥に本殿が建立されています。 参道途中には二対の狛犬がおり、又拝殿には「蟹ヶ杜」と書かれた額が掲げられており、舞鶴に近いことから東郷平八郎をはじめ旧日本海軍舞鶴鎮守府の幹部が参拝し、その伝統は現在の海上自衛隊舞鶴地方総監部にかわってからも引継がれているそうです。 住吉神社は延喜年間（９０５年）の創建と伝えられ、現在の社殿は天保１５年（１８４２年）に建設されました。 The morning sun rises from the front, The 1st Torii Gate and lanterns are built on the beach of Kurita Beach, a Ni-no-torii stands at the entrance of the shrine, and the main shrine is built at the back of the approach, which extends about eighty meters to the west.
