I had the pleasure to shoot the Cover and do the Creative Direction for this album and I couldn’t be more proud of the work you kids have done. Seriously you guys don’t get enough credit for being the fucking hardest working band out there rn.
Much love to the entire team that came together and worked with us on every part of this project. This album deserved way more love when it came out, and I highly encourage everyone to go spin.
Turning 35 and realizing that I have officially lived in the US now for longer than I have lived in Brazil and it’s such a mind fuck because I will never fully belong here and it pains me to think that I also no longer belong there.
This is just to say that I’m MANIFESTING (or whatever the kids say) all the jobs in Brazil this year. It’s been 10 years since I last visited home and can’t with them gringos no more. I miss my language and my people food and just sobbing at home listening to Tom Zé isn’t cutting it anymore.
Will anyone out there just hire me in Brazil so I have an excuse to go home already.
I appreciate the overwhelming amount of DMs and emails you guys have sent me with Fabricators recommendations and overall messages of love. I was busy on a 2 weeks shoot and just now getting a chance to reply to everyone.
I will get back to all of your Fabricators this week. To everyone asking, hoping to have a show ready by the end of summer.
Looking for a FABRICATOR to help me build a large scale installation of my work. Paid position. MUST to have gallery or museum experience hanging and building shows. Experience working with following materials is a plus: Glass, Acrylic and fluorescent light.
