TUESDAY TRANSFORMATION 83 kg -> 53kg It was and is an overwhelming journey with lots of ups and downs, achievements and failure, injuries, trauma and happiness. I never imagined myself the way I am today, during my overweight days. And the present life I am living. This all is a reflection of hard work, commitment, perseverance, the will power to get there. There was a tremendous amount of support from my family. . When I started, I didn't even know where I want to go, and what my goals were. I did not want lethargy to seep in and therefore began working out. You can call it self inspiration, since I believe I was in search of a better version of myself. I joined a gym near my house to bring some exercise routine in my life and also with the motto of some weight loss. How and when it became integral part of my daily routine? I didn't even realize. Over the time and years, I lost 30 kg, fitness and sports became my habit. Every day I woke up with positive and determined thoughts that I had to become a role model of myself. Over the years my fitness journey evolved from Gym training, CrossFit, and Endurance training (running, cycling, triathlon). The current focus is Triathlon. I participated in quite a few local triathlons and Ironman 70.3 races. Won podiums too and qualified for Ironman 70.3 World Championships 2023 and 2024 too. Consistent fitness training helped in balancing mental alertness, emotional energy, and positive mood. I am much more confident and Stress-free. I believe anything is possible if you decide and believe. A few special things about this year’s #ironmangoa703 📍My Last race of the season and year 2023 📍Last race in my current age group. I will race in new AG from next year 📍Got qualified for World Championships 2024 (yes.. again 😊). 📍Well organised race 📍Outstanding volunteer support Thanks to my coach @ajkandi_triracing for coaching me through out my tri journey, from novice to podium . Proud to be a @tri_tezz athlete 🙌🏻 Realised it just some time ago only, that I am continuously training and racing since past 2+ years.
