Pike Push-Up : Wide Push-Up : Inclined Push-Up Set 1 - 12 reps: 30 sec rest Set 2 - 90 sec: 90 rest Set 3 - 60 sec: 60 rest 3 rounds of above . 7 Min routine 2 Normal push-up & 2 close grip push up 4 Normal push up & 4 close grip push up . . . 10 normal push up & 10 close grip push up And back to 2:2 .
