feeling beyondddd grateful and proud of who i am on the other side of this year. got hurt, got healed, went sober, best bday of my lifeeee, 2 surgeries, made new friends and treasured the old ones, read more than i have in years, participated in my community, made time for my creative energy to flow, lived in my body in a way i never knew possible, finally met god and she loves my humanness & doesn’t damn me for it, saw THREE bird species i’d never seen in person, graduated therapy, planted literal & metaphorical seeds, grew & cried & hibernated & lived. eternally the MOST grateful for the community i have- in my inner circle, in the earth and all my fellow creatures, and within the dearly beloved & tender relationship i hold with myself. so excited to meet all that this year will be & who i’ll rise to be to adapt to it. 💕🌱🐛🦋
Can’t believe my sweet Athena is 8 years old today. We’ve conquered our anxieties hand in paw for the past 6 1/2 years together and I’m so grateful to see how truly happy, confident, and sure of herself she’s become. Today will be filled with catnip, rolling in the sun, munching on grass, and chasing string around the house (and endless pets, obviously). 🌱💗🌱💗🌱

today my shrimpy turns four years old!!!! i’m so grateful for all the love and laughter she brings in to every day. she is such an intelligent, loving, stinkery cat and today will be filled with catnip, extra snacks, and lots of playing fetch- just the way she likes (and maybe a little havoc, as a treat).
