Moray Marathon - you were amazing!! Honestly can't speak highly enough of this event - such a great day and atmosphere and a beautiful course. Thank you @chilled_running_ 🙏🏼☺️🏃🏻‍♀️ I did wonder if running a small event would make the marathon experience a little less magical, but I was not disappointed!! It was awesome 🥳 I made the difficult decision at the start of this training cycle not to take part in the Boston Marathon and to do Moray instead - this was absolutely the right choice for me, but having worked so hard to achieve the Boston dream, it definitely wasn't an easy one. It's been a bit of a year and showing up for marathon training has been tough this time around....I'm super grateful to my coach @tlfitness07 for supporting me through these past few months and getting me to the start line 🙏🏼 People ask a lot ;"what time are you aiming for?" when you run a marathon. PBs are a good feeling but they're not the be all and end all and when you're chasing numbers it can really start to take the fun out of it. If you can commit to marathon training and show up at that start line, then you've done something epic - no matter how long it takes you!! My goal this time was to enjoy the race, and I loved every minute 😊 Getting that Sub 3.30 was a nice feeling 🌈 but ultimately if I'm not out there enjoying what I'm doing then I don't want to be doing it anymore. Life.is too short! ❤️

13 weeks until Summer ☀️👙 I can’t quite believe it, can you?! How are you feeling at the moment about wearing less clothes in the summer? Does that thought make you uncomfortable? If yes, keep reading ⤵️ Our WARRIOR CHIC CLUB doors are open and I am looking for 4 women who want to drop a dress size and feel amazing for summer whilst building upon their daily habits for life 🤩 We run Group PT sessions with a 1-1 online service - hybrid style. This means you’ll be coached in person and online, giving you the best of both worlds. This is for WOMEN who want to improve their mind, body and lifestyle and start implementing tools for life to help you live a happier, healthier and stronger life! All while being surrounded by an amazing bunch of women who have their own goals but will support, encourage and motivate you! As a young child I was always outside playing - jumping rope, climbing trees etc. I was never in! As a teenager I started getting more into outdoor activities and sports such as running, hiking, netball etc. I love being outdoors and it’s helped me survive certain traumatic life experiences over the years. Honestly if it wasn’t for nature and walking I’m not sure what mental state I’d be in today! Connecting with nature has soooo many benefits: - can reduce anxiety and depression by improving your mood - reduces feelings of stress and anger by helping you feel more relaxed - improves confidence and self-esteem as you’ll be fitter and stronger The list could go on but the best thing is that is FREE!!! You can step outside your door for 10 mins to start receiving the benefits nature provides! It’s even better if you couple it with a walk somewhere green! And remember your skin is waterproof!! Tag a friend who you enjoy walking with 🤩

Our doors are FINALLY open 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 We closed our doors in November to double down on our current Warrior Chics and improve systems! I am sooooo bloody excited to be able to open them again. I can’t wait to help even more women! This intake is for the Kiltwalk in particular. I am offer 12 weeks for the price of 14! I am looking for 10 women. If you’d like to join us for the Kiltwalk, get fitter and healthier by improving your daily habits, improve your walking ability and make friends along the way this is for you! A harsh reality ⤵️ For me - a long time ago I used to be that new year new person gal…. Now I know better!! And for you - You’ve never achieved your goals and sustained them because writing or thinking about a surface layer goal isn’t enough! For example saying you want to lose weight… That’s not enough! You have to dig deeper! What’s the main reason you want to lose weight? And how much weight? Maybe it’s 3 stone. And to feel and look better in a bikini or to have sex with the lights on!! That’s just the start of goal setting and achieving them. I believe there are 6 things you need to achieve your goals ⤵️ 1. The goal itself 2. Your why 3. A solid plan 4. Action from you 5. Someone to hold you accountable 6. A great community of link minded women who will hold you to a higher standard that you hold yourself I have a free goal setting training available to the first 5 WOMEN who DM me the words WARRIOR CHIC! What a morning, I am feeling soooo bloody proud of the Warrior Chics 💃🏽 Some of these gals had never ran 13 weeks ago! Some thought they didn’t like running! Some of them didn’t think they could run 10k! With a proper training plan and nutrition in place these statements were absolutely blown out the window. @karens_gone_running completed it in 46 mins which is outstanding! @allycee66 achieved a new PB! Woop! @jackiea80 loved every second of it and could have even ran faster! @kararhodie after many troughs this was a peak for Kara - she didn’t walk once, she ran slow and steady to get over that finish. @karenlcrg knocked 10 mins off her last 10k and actually enjoyed the run!! @annmarie.mcclean felt an old injury trigger at 4K and decided to stop - this is a massive win for her! Going further on it would have set her back months. Pamela ran the full time, 13 weeks ago she’d never ran! Incredible achievement. @annapm007 has ran several 10k runs over the past few months and she was ticking another box with this one. Sandra loved every second when she didn’t think she would! Turns out she’s a great runner! A special mention to @mannders05 and @lyle_julie who both trained for it but unfortunately couldn’t do it today! Also to @lorna_sim and @ashleygetsactive for being the biggest cheerleaders. And to our other Warrior Chic @dyoonmac_ who was running the half marathon with the @bellahoustonharriers This is just the start for the team, onto the next event! HWG! I speak to so many women who don’t warm up because they don’t have time or are unsure what they should be doing! I’m massive on warming up and never start a session without an 8-10 min warm up. Inside the Warrior Chic Club I do the same and if someone was late then I’d make them do the warm-up before joining in. Warming up is a vital part of your routine and skipping it could lead to injuries and regular pain from tightness. Ensuring you effectively warm up not only helps reduce your chance of injury but it will improve your session! It’ll allow you to move better and perform your lifts with a better range of motion than if you’d skipped it. If you’re short on time I’d suggest still warming up and cutting the main part! If you don’t have a clue how to warm up, I’ve got just the thing for you. I’ve got 3 FREE warm-up videos. All you have to do is comment below with I WANT THEM and I’ll send them over!
