Hey guys! I had someone reach out asking about an exercise for his ankle. This is a great exercise to improve ankle dorsiflexion mobility, which will help with squatting and running. How do you know if your ankles are limited and tight?? One way is if you fall backwards when you attempt to go into a deep squat. There are other ways to tell and I plan on making another video on that as well!
