i made a sample pack for splice's rubicon label (link in bio)! MINERAL SHIMMER is kind of adjacent to the absent friends record. moody pads & drones, crackly sound fx. plus other oddities including drum hits made out of me going 'huh' and 'uh' (keen listeners may be shocked to learn that i've always used sampled voices for those hits, never recorded them myself til now) i hope there's something useful in there for ppl swipe for a demo track that i enjoyed throwing together. not finishing much music these days so i'm taking my Ws where i can artwork by @valemonteros

*slaps roof of het archief* this bad boy can fit so many dj sets recorded live at @deschoolamsterdam in it (including 2 of mine, link in the usual spot) i haven't checked the recordings and might not, sometimes the memories are better. but i'm happy that they're out there 21/04/2018 was special for me. first time i met the lovely job @oceanic.ocean . i was on 5-8am after @objekttt (also the only time we've played together iirc). nearly died from nerves on the 2min walk from the hotel 15/02/2020 was an opening set, i had a brutal cold but recall it being a fun time. two weeks before everything changed, for me and everyone else ofc (not to mention the club). grateful to have this record of a closed chapter
