I am still relishing from last night. Thank you to each of you who came down to church with me. I have been dreaming and planning this show for the last two years and I am in awe that we have managed to pull it off exactly as I was imagining in my head. Thank you to the amazing The Allegorist for the beautiful set. Thank you to my all femme, queer, trans, non-binary and BIPOC crew working behind the scenes to make such a magical evening happen. The incredible Canta:re queer choir that followed me on stage. It was very important to me that all of us would occupy a space that wouldn't welcome us a while back. I also wanna thank the staff from St. Marienkirche for allowing this event to take place in such a historic venue and Initiative Musik and Neue Start Kultur for supporting queer artists and fomenting the culture in Berlin.
We might get ignored by mainstream media and the world at large but we will always shine no matter what!
In the words of Hedwig (from Hedwig and the Angry Inch):

Head of the newly minted, queer-identifying VRAAA label and a celebrated protagonist on Berlin’s most sexually liberated dancefloor, Pornceptual, Projekt Gestalten is the identity of Brazilian techno producer and DJ, Diego Garcia.
Adorning their DJ sets in various forms of white wedding dresses and baroque embroidery, Projekt Gestalten’s sexual-kinks, queer desire and bold feminine spirit flaunts unrivaled promiscuity of tongue-in-cheek tawdry that’s pushing techno music and its artistic, sexual appetites that much further. A figurehead within Berlin’s queer techno scene, and diamond in the rough of ‘twenty-tens’ Netlabel culture, Projekt Gestalten’s exploratory conquest of melodic, harmonic and hypnotic sounds is starting to spread around.

@detcom had introduced me to this song by Ukrainian eurodance group, Aqua Vita to maybe try my hand doing a remix for my @boilerroomtv mix in Kyiv that he organized that year. Sadly, I didn't have the time to complete it by then but I always wanted to do this remix and I wanted to complete it in time for my gig at ∄. It was so special for me to play it in that club. There is a main vocal remix (slide 1) and a dub mix (slide 2) for those who are not too keen on way too many vocals on the tracks. I also sent these remixes to the band's manager and their label, which were kind enough to allow me to sell this release on my Bandcamp (all the profits will be going to @ukraine.pride ) and Aqua Vita's label, Moon Records is releasing my versions as official remixes with the band's approval across all of the streaming platforms today. Shout out to the always sexy @inland_ed for the mastering. Link in bio.
Nothing that I write here could begin to describe last night. I've took January off from posting on social media in order to rest and work a bit in the studio. But now I am back. This weekend, I am returning to what, in my humble opinion, is my favorite club in the world: ∄. If you know, you know! I am also doing a lecture on Friday with them and I am really looking forward to come back to this magical place and see many of you again.

On February 2nd, we invite you to our school for Public Talks and Q&A with Brazilian techno artist and DJ Diego Garcia, known by the alias @projektgestalten . He is the founder of the new queer label @vraaarecords and a prominent figure in Berlin’s most liberal and uninhibited dance scene, @pornceptual .
Projekt Gestalten enhances their DJ sets with various forms of white wedding dresses and baroque-style embroidery, embodying their queer aesthetics and feminist spirit through a rapid sound of acid synthesizers and powerful trippy techno.
Together with Pornceptual, Diego has been organizing techno events for over five years, providing a space for people to freely explore their sexuality.
