This one goes to celebrating International Dance Day 🪇 To me, Dance is an extremely helpful and fun way to be with the world and one's emotions. Unless you're going for a specific style, there's no rules and one's movement doesn't need to make sense to anyone, not even yourself. It's an exploration, play and expanding of consciousness, expression and tool that each one of us is free to use as we like. There's music, there's dance. There's silence, there's dance. Tapping into different rhythms of our bodies, systems and world, there's endless to discover. And while endorphins get released, it also just makes us feel good. Through dance one gets to know the body, it's limitations and it's advantages. It can transform you into an infinte amount of shapes. Your body gets a voice, another kind of voice than the verbal one. You expand and it enables you to connect to whatever you wish to connect to. From dancing privately at home, to the stage, to a party, to a way of being in the world, there's not a place dance cannot exist. I will forever cherish Dance, it's lessons and it's multitude of layers in which we can exist as humans. Thank you, for the journey this far ☁️🤍 Photo: @carlthorborg

'BEZPLIDDYA' VIDEO RELEASE ON 2ND OF APRIL 2024 The core of the music video for 'BEZPLIDDYA' [Ukrainian: 'Infertility'] is the movement mechanism that we figured out in collaboration with the performers - the idea was to create the sense of a singular organism. Inside this clump, we had to expand the awareness for our body beyond the individual self, and try to grow an awareness for all appendages. So, we were trying to only move the parts of the body that are receiving an impulse, while pressing against all surfaces around us, all the flesh and all the ground. We always worked with contact improvisation, not setting the movement. But doing this at 4am in the morning in sand, added another challenge ontop. It was a remarkable process, and remarkable state to be in. Massive gratitude to the performers who showed up consistently and doing this with us. Thank you. Apparently I was filming, it's rare to witness oneself unaware of the recording that's happening. This caught me working with my hands, creating masks and costume for an upcoming performance project. Slow, yet fast real time footage. Joy inside, calm and focused face. Thankful to have the opportunity to spend my days on creating new shapes to worlds and characters. Thank you dearest @santasangrebodyrituals for always holding such a magical space, my dear friend @ink_is_the_drink for being on this journey, the existence of hook suspension and my body for making sense of the beautiful absurdity of life. I cannot explain why, nor will I try, but I am growing and I am grateful to be alive with a smile. Closing 2023 and opening 2024 upside down, I wish everyone a brilliant year.

Humanity needs a great great infusion and reminder of love, respect and play. Come on, wake up dear wörld.
