Running w friends > running alone ✨ One year ago after a really tough season at work, I told myself I had to prioritize me. The first step in that was showing up to the corner of President and Carroll for a run with @southbrooklynrc I had no idea the friendships, joy, and growth joining this very special community would bring me (and it’s only been a year?!!) tl;dr Running is bliss, I’m so grateful for everyone I’ve been able to share that joy with, and can’t wait for more adventures with @southbrooklynrc ❤️ 📸 1st pic is from my first Monday run with SBRC 💕 who knew you could run thru sprinklers on your run?? Not me!!

2023 ✨✨✨ ✈️ Travelled to Europe (twice!) 👸 saw @taylorswift with two of my dearest friends in the world. Even more obsessed with them and taylor #55JEQ27 💖 🥩 After being a vegetarian for 20+ years, started eating meat?? Truly a plot twist #prosciuttoera 🎈Celebrated my 30th birthday and saw so many of my closest friends turn 30! And we are all thriving 🔥 🏅Ran my first marathon and fell in love with running even more (all thanks to @southbrooklynrc 💖) 🎭 worked on some amazing pieces of theater at @stannswarehouse with some a+ peeps 🍦🥪 enjoyed lots of ice cream and sandwiches with friends (s/o to @caffepanna dates and 83 sandwiches from @allanticovinaionyc ) Here’s to more of all of the above in 2024 🥂

I did that 🥹 Training for the @nycmarathon has made me feel more like “me” than I have felt in quite a long time. Running with @southbrooklynrc the past few months has been such a blessing. Having a dream race day was the icing on the cake (03:23:14?? Who am I??)!! I’m so grateful for my friends and family who came out to support me and everyone who’s encouraged me/listened to me blabber on about my training the past few months ❤️ tl;dr I ran the @nycmarathon , running is bliss, nyc is the greatest city in the world, and my heart is full 🥰

Literally what dreams are made of ✨ I don’t know if it was just because it was the first place I touched down in Italy, but my 30 hours in Rome were magical. I threw a coin in the fountain, so I’ll be back soon. In the meantime, I’ll be on the hunt for maritozzi in Brooklyn! Also shoutout to @bikeology_roma for lending me the wheels, and being a friendly face in Rome 🚲💕

2nd Half Marathon in the books 🌸 Hit a new PR (01:44:15 !!) Despite 3 years of running now, I still feel genuinely surprised and accomplished each time I finish one of my runs. Today was no different 🥰 Note to self: maybe next year we won’t bike 5 miles through the pouring rain to the start line? That was a choice! 🎥 mile 12 via amazingly supportive friend @b.b.eight 💖
