TODAY IS THE DAY!!!
My debut Willow Grey EP “Goth Barbie” releases later TODAY (Sept 13th) on all major streaming platforms, and I’m absolutely buzzing! I’ve been sitting on this EP for well over a year, waiting for a time I felt comfortable to release. @in fact a tran. Yes the rumours are true, I was born an alien and now I am a vampire. Tarnsgander I believe the kids call it. I’m not outwardly political about trans issues these days, and don’t tend to talk about it a lot, however this is the first song I’ve ever written specifically about it. It’s obviously abstract, but this song is about longing for a childhood I never actually managed to experience. Big up mumsie for the name on this one “Ratbag”, as it’s something she used to call me when I was a little boy. I love her so much, and it’s a bit of a depressing song but this one is for her. Love you mummy!
