It warms my heart seeing 2000 people united on the dancefloor, filling up the floor from start to finish🥹 Ranging from 145 to even 190 bpm, with all subgenres and breaks as you know from me, we went all in.. DEFQON. 1 I dreamt of even visiting @defqon1 as a kid.. now I had the honour of playing there myself🥹 It is amazing to see so many being open minded and joining me for a hard techno set. Even a stage dedicated to us who love bending the genres. I loved to mix in some classic hardstyle sounds into my set🤝 There are even some more unexpected crossovers which some maybe caught during my set🤫 More about that later though…. both of us played at the first unwind edition two years ago at a venue for 150 people. we both just started DJ’ing and it was one of our first gigs. we didn’t know what the hell we were doing because we had zero experience with CDJ’s, but we nailed it. mainly because of that gig, we bonded and started our friendship because we were in the same state of career. looking back at this period makes us feel proud of what we and unwind has achieved so far. 🩸🖤 @unwind.events x @mattermind_events @vidbyalo
