@foiledbyabby . exhausted last night I received a text from Abby asking me for my logo in svg. shes silly creative so I figured she was making her business cards or adding it to her website or something. thought nothing of it. not feeling so great this morning (my body crashed and I got super sick early just 12 hours ago) I stumbled into the salon to start moving my things from place to place.
Abby says I had a gift inside.
I have been SHOWERED with messages, coffee money, flowers, posts, gifts + kind wishes for our new building.
so much so I have just walked around the salon bawling.
@_hair.by.jules got me fresh flowers on HER first day.
@foiledbyabby + her mother stayed up last night hand making this for our salon.
not to mention these two ^^ enjoyed a cozy gap break in the luxe lounge to the
@barbie movie 💕
@beautybyvalboo packed up MY entire station and color cabinet so I didn’t have to — as well as radiating the most happy energy doing clients in her studio
@myalauren.mua @coryncosmo @looksxlaurenn shared their partners day and night to help me finish all of our projects — each designing three perfectly unique spaces reflecting their personalities.
@themanefoil is displayed proudly, the halls smell like our favorite bath + body + there’s so many plants our oxygen levels will be stellar.
@jullleslee described coming back to hair and luxe as, “coming home.” as well as staying day + night with her partner to get us ready to open.
@lashandlove217 has brought me to tears in our heart to hearts in her belief of this start becoming her, finding herself again — already designed the coziest lash home.

my parents brought me peace lilies and kissed our heads and told us they were so proud.
y’all know how to make a girl feel loved but the overwhelming “what did I do to deserve this,” feeling is loud.
I prayed for this but it felt like a dream. Dreams are starting to feel like I’m living them in reality ✨
