This little gem is located just 40 minutes from Santa Barbara in Santa Ynez but feels like a little European inn! Our room was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the front of the property and the rolling hills. Our stay included so many amenities that made the experience extra special including:
• Complimentary bikes to enjoy all the shops and restaurants (just a few minutes away)
• Daily coffee and made to order gourmet breakfast
• Evening wine and cheese reception plus a nightly sweet treat served with coffee
• A cozy library to enjoy a whiskey flight (additional cost but worth it!)
• A wine tasting passport with tons complimentary or discounted flights at local wineries (pro tip: ride the complimentary bike to @crosshatchwines )
• A quaint outdoor hot tub
• Brunch and dinner on property at @thevictor_sy which was delicious!
To say I enjoyed my day is an understatement, I am already planning a return trip to escape the downtown buzz of Santa Barbara for the charm of The Genevieve and Santa Ynez.
